Covered Bridge is a relatively new course that lies on the softly rolling plains of Southern Indiana.  Designed by the popular PGA touring pro, Fuzzy Zoeller, this 18 hole layout resides in Sellersburg, Indiana at the foot of Floyds Knobs.  A signature feature is the almost symmetrical configuration of the finishing holes of both sides.  The Ninth and the Eighteenth are both par-5's that border a central lake and share one large green.  In fact water is prominent throughout the traversal which winds among five lakes and a creek.  Players tee off from a rather open area and gradually progress through sometimes dense forest and out again.  A housing development surrounds the opening holes of the back side, but becomes a memory after the twelfth.  Zoysia grass provides a lush playing surface on the  fairways and that's where one has to be to score well on this level, but gently rolling landscape.
